" Keeping the temperatures’ right."
When the largest importer of wines moved into their new distribution depot they were left with a number of problems. In the summer the white wines were getting too warm and in the winter the same wine was getting too cold causing the wine to “breathe" through the cork/seal. This can introduce contaminants into the wine, causing premature aging or spoilage, not a good idea when some of the bottles are in excess of £ 100.
Heaters Wholesale were called in to sort out their problems. The solution was to install a total of four combat dual-air systems to keep all of the storage areas at the same temperature all year round. The units installed have a Gas burner and a dx cooling cool linked into the outdoor condensers or fridge sets so allowing the units to have a constant leaving air temperature all year round.
This means whether it be -10 or +30 outside the indoor storage areas will stay the same constant temperature allowing the wine to always be kept at the same perfect conditions.
Case Study 2
“Pick of the pops”
When the largest distributor of vinyl records relocated, Heaters Wholesale were contacted to heat the sales area. The store had vast amounts of old 7” and 12” records all stored in easy to sort boxes around the store. This left a problem of no floor space and a total of 150 Kw of heat to get into the store to avoid the records becoming brittle.
Heaters wholesale supplied three gas fired unit heaters and associated controls to keep the records and equipment at the desired temperature.
